| 1 Carrot Cake ingredients |
| 2 cFlour |
| 2 cSugar |
| 1 tSalt |
| 2 tspbaking soda |
| 2 tspcinnamon |
| 1 1/2 cupscooking oil |
| 4 Eggs; beaten |
| 3 cupscarrots; finely shredded |
| 1 cupwalnuts; chopped |
| 1 Cream Cheese Frosting |
| 1 8-oz packagecream cheese |
| 1/4 cupbutter; softened |
| 2 cupspowdered sugar |
| 2 tspvanilla |
Jan's Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing Preparation
Put all ingredients for cake in mixer and blend well.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour in loaf pan or 45 min in 13 X 9 pan
For frosting beat cream cheese and butter until well blended, add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until creamy.
