Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 clump spinach; chopped
1 artichoke; chopped up, or 6.5oz jar drained
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese

Preparation

Chop and drain spinach and artichoke. Blend mayo and sour cream, add lemon juice. Blend in spinach and artichok, stir. Sprinkle grated pepper jack cheese on top. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is nice and bubbly. Serve with Triscuts or Wheat Thins.
