This fresh strawberry and spinach salad is tossed with a sweet poppy seed dressing.
1. In a large bowl combine the spinach and strawberries.
2. In a blender combine the sugar, salt, vinegar, oil and blend until smooth. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour enough over salad to coat and toss together.
