Asian Salad Dressing
The basics underlying Asian dressings are soy sauce, vinegar, and oil. Variations include adding wasabi, grated onion, apples, ginger, or sesame seeds. This particular version includes peanut butter, ginger and garlic and tastes good on top of bean sprouts and shredded carrots."I cut way down on the peanut butter but could still taste it. Didn't care much for it. I used this dressing w a bag of slaw mix. Next time I will cut out the peanut butter and like it much better!!" - Lexi6674
