| 1 15.25-oz canwhole kernel corn; drained |
| 2 4-oz canschopped green chillies; drained |
| 1/2 cupsweet red pepper; chopped |
| 1 cupMonterey Jack Cheese; (4 oz.) shredded |
| 2 tbspjalapeno pepper; chopped |
| 1 cupmayonnaise |
| 1/2 cupParmesan cheese; grated |
| 2 tbspripe olives; sliced |
| 1 Tortilla chips. |
Ava's Hot Corn Dip Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl combine corn, chillies, red pepper, Monterey Jack Cheese and jalapeno. Stir in mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Transfer to an ungreased 2 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
