Ingredients

1 15.25-oz can whole kernel corn; drained
2 4-oz cans chopped green chillies; drained
1/2 cup sweet red pepper; chopped
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese; (4 oz.) shredded
2 tbsp jalapeno pepper; chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; grated
2 tbsp ripe olives; sliced
1 Tortilla chips.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl combine corn, chillies, red pepper, Monterey Jack Cheese and jalapeno. Stir in mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Transfer to an ungreased 2 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
