| 1 cupcelery; chopped |
| 1 cupgreen onion; thinly sliced |
| 1 cupbroccoli florets |
| 1 cuptoasted sesame seeds |
| 1 cuptoasted almonds |
| For Dressing: |
| 1/2 cupoil |
| 3 tbspvinegar |
| 2 tbspsoya sauce |
| 1 tbspSugar |
| 1 packagebeef flavoured ramen noodles |
Chinese Salad Preparation
Prepare dressing. Combine oil, vinegar, soya sauce, sugar and beef flavouring from ramen noodles; chill in bottle with tight-fitting lid.
Toss vegetables in a large bowl. Cover & chill. When ready to serve crush noodles from ramen and add to vegetables. Add sesame seeds and almonds. Shake dressing well. Add to salad & toss.
