Original recipe makes 6
1 headNappa
1 cupcelery; chopped
1 cupgreen onion; thinly sliced
1 cupbroccoli florets
1 cuptoasted sesame seeds
1 cuptoasted almonds
For Dressing:
1/2 cupoil
3 tbspvinegar
2 tbspsoya sauce
1 tbspSugar
1 packagebeef flavoured ramen noodles

Chinese Salad Preparation

Prepare dressing. Combine oil, vinegar, soya sauce, sugar and beef flavouring from ramen noodles; chill in bottle with tight-fitting lid.

Toss vegetables in a large bowl. Cover & chill. When ready to serve crush noodles from ramen and add to vegetables. Add sesame seeds and almonds. Shake dressing well. Add to salad & toss.
