Ingredients

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosmary; finely chopped
2 slices bacon; sliced in half
4 6-oz skin on salmon fillets
salt and pepper; to taste

Preparation

combine vinegar, Honey, Rosmary, and 2tbs. water use as sauce after salmon has cooked.

In a heavy non stick skillet lay salmon skin side up on top of bacon strips, cook 4-5 minutes each side over medium heat.
