Notes

Made this for Easter Brunch, big hit. Made it again and substituted leftover breakfast sausage, it was just as good.

Easy to make, was just as good on the other days eating it. Made 8 servings instead of 6 servings. Keeps well in the frig up to 4 days.

The taste did not justify how unhealthy this recipe was. It was good but not great.

Very good, but it took 90 minutes in the oven to cook through.
