Tasty home made dip thats great for dinner parties or a quite night at home.
Dry roast pine nuts in fry pan over medium heat until golden. Put 1/4 cup of oil and remaining ingredients with pine nuts into a food processor, blend to paste. Season and stire in remaining oil.
Alternative option: replace basil with roasted capsicum. You can purchased roasted capsicums in jars at the supermarket. Drain the capicums before using them if they are in oil. Exclude oil from ingredients list above when using capsicum thats in oil in its jar, otherwise the dip will be too oily and runny.
