Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef
1/4 teaspoon Chili powder
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
30 ounce Mexican style tomatoes
15 ounce Red kidney beans
15 ounce Whole kernel corn

Preparation

1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until brown. Drain fat.

2. In a 3 1/2 to 4 quart crock pot, combine the cooked ground beef, chili powder, cumin undrained tomatoes, undrained beans, and undrained corn. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 to 3 hours.
