| 500 gramsChicken Breast Fillets |
| 2 tablespoonsGround Nut Oil |
| 1 Onion; finely chopped |
| 2 smallred chillies; finely chopped |
| 250 millilitersfresh Basil; shredded |
| 2 tablespoonsfish sauce |
| 1 teaspoonground coriander |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsSugar |
| 250 millilitersCreamed coconut |
Chilli Chicken with Basil and Coconut Cream Preparation
Slice Chicken into 1cm x 5cm strips
Heat oil in wok, add onions and chillies, stir-fry until onion is soft
Add chicken, stir-fry until chicken is tender
Add Basil, coriander and sugar. Stir-fry for 1 minute
Add creamed Coconut and stir until mixture is heated through
Serve immediately
