Original recipe makes 4
500 gramsChicken Breast Fillets
2 tablespoonsGround Nut Oil
1 Onion; finely chopped
2 smallred chillies; finely chopped
250 millilitersfresh Basil; shredded
2 tablespoonsfish sauce
1 teaspoonground coriander
1 1/2 teaspoonsSugar
250 millilitersCreamed coconut

Chilli Chicken with Basil and Coconut Cream Preparation

Slice Chicken into 1cm x 5cm strips

Heat oil in wok, add onions and chillies, stir-fry until onion is soft

Add chicken, stir-fry until chicken is tender

Add Basil, coriander and sugar. Stir-fry for 1 minute

Add creamed Coconut and stir until mixture is heated through

Serve immediately
