Carey's Honey Corn Bread
This is a great simple recipe and as you will notice most cornbread or spoon bread recipes have little or no sugar and this amount is for 5 dozen so keep that in mind but there is a balance between the sugar and honey taste.. its delicious.. cheers!

Notes
not too sweet, also great in place of buns, dinner rolls, etc. it goes very well with a spicy chile.
