This is a fun twist to regular mac n cheese!

Original recipe makes 8
4 cupsSharp Cheddar Cheese; shredded
4 cupsMild Cheddar Cheese; shredded
1 12-oz canEvaporated Milk
1 cupMilk
1 boxElbow Macaroni Noodles
1 sleeveRitz crackers; crushed
Salt; as required
Pepper; as required

Ritz Cracker Mac N Cheese Preparation

Preheat oven to 350

1-Cook noodles until tender and drain

2- Layer first set noodles until it covers the bottom of dish, salt and pepper, lay pats of butter across

3- Add half of sharp and mild cheese

Repeats steps 2 and 3

4- In a measuring cup add evaporated milk and Milk, pour over mac and cheese unitl milk is 3/4 high

5- Crush ritz crackers and pour evenly over the top of your mac and cheese

Cook 30 mins covered

Cook 15 mins uncovered
