8 slices Peppered Bacon
4 slices Medium Cheddar Cheese
Hamburger Buns
0.25 Red Onion; or Sweet White Onion
1 can Murphy Stout
0.25 cup Worcestershire Sauce
0.25 cup Texas Pete Hot Sauce
Fresh Ground Pepper

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Chop Bacon and Onion, mix w/Hamburger, Pepper and make 4 patties. Marinate Burgers in Stout/Texas Pete/Worcestershire Sauce for 2 hours, and Grill...

Melt Cheese on Burgers and add condiments, Jalapeno or Dijon Mustard are great with this burger.

I found this to be okay. It wasn't bad, but my husband and I didn't think we liked it well enough to make it again. I did cook this on a griddle instead of a grill and I'm not sure if that changed the flavor any or not. It's worth a try to see how you like it, though.

Made this with Guinness and half of the called for bacon and onions. Excellent! The whole family liked it.

YUM! This is one great burger. I used Guiness because that is all that available, and it worked.

All I can say Is YUMMO! Just cooked them on the grill and served with all kinds of toppings out of the garden. MMMMMMMM So Good! Gave you a medal as well.

Amazing. Tweaked recipe to instead use chicken bacon, .25 cup of local sweet black beer, fresh basil and a little of parmesan cheese. Hamburgers were divine.
