Great recipe from Food Network website

"Very tasty! I used honey instead of maple syrup and used a 50/50 mixture of peanuts and cashews. (I chopped all nuts in the food processor). Since the peanuts were lightly salted I did not add the salt the recipe called for. I used unsweetened shredded coconut but added a 1/2 teaspoon of coconut extract. This recipe makes a big batch, so next time I will halve it. Great flavor and texture!"

I make this granola all the time, and you can change it up any way you like! Love this recipe ??

I have now made this granola recipe twice and it's my new favorite. I use crasins instead of raisins and have also added sliced almonds. I also add 1/2 cup of flax meal to mind for a nutritional boost, and may even add a little wheat germ (1/4 to 1/3 cup) to future batches as well. It's so easy, versatile, and so yummy. Even my finicky 3-year-old will snack on this with delight.

Very easy to make and one of the better tasting granola recipes I have tried. Next time I will use dried cranberries instead of the raisins.

Easy and full of flavor. I would make again! It didn't take much to throw it all together, I didn't have cashews so I used pecans and I snapped them in half so the were the size of the almonds.

I have made this several times with variations in the nuts and once with honey. All have been delicious but the original is the best. Alton's overnight oatmeal is fabulous too. Good Eats!

WOW! I just made this recipe (except with pecans and apricots instead of almonds and raisins) and it's the best granola I've ever had.
