Alton Brown's Granola
Great recipe from Food Network website
"Very tasty! I used honey instead of maple syrup and used a 50/50 mixture of peanuts and cashews. (I chopped all nuts in the food processor). Since the peanuts were lightly salted I did not add the salt the recipe called for. I used unsweetened shredded coconut but added a 1/2 teaspoon of coconut extract. This recipe makes a big batch, so next time I will halve it. Great flavor and texture!"- mogriff1
