Low Carb Cheesecake Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9" pie pan with non-fat cooking spray.
Mix ingredients together using an electric blender in a large bowl. Pour mix into pie pan.
Heat at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven and place in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
