Nothing like homemade BBQ to mix with beans or put on ribs or to just put on a hamburger.
"This has a nice intense flavor. 5 tablespoons of chili and 1 of pepper gives it a nice hot aftertaste. I can only imagine what adding a jalapeno might do. It doesn't take a lot of time either."

Ingredients
| 1 tablespoonVegetable oil |
| 1 Onion; chopped |
| 2 clovesgarlic; minced |
| 1 cuptomato puree |
| 1/4 cupcider vinegar |
| 6 tablespoonsbrown sugar |
| 5 tablespoonschili powder |
| 1/4 cuptomato paste |
| 3 tablespoonsworcestershire sauce |
| 3 teaspoonscelery salt |
| 1 tablespoonyellow mustard |
| 1 tablespoonblack pepper |
| 1 tablespooncorn syrup |
| 1 tablespoonliquid smoke |
Barbeque Sauce (KC Style) Preparation
Heat oil and then add garlic and onion and saute' about 5 min. Add remaining ingredients and 3/4 cup water and cook on low for one hour.
