Original recipe makes 8
3/4 cuponions
1/4 cupbutter
1 cupmushrooms; chopped
1/2 poundpork sausage
3 cuprice; cooked
1 tspsalt
1 dashpoultry seasoning: oregano, marjoram and tarragon

Rice Stuffing Preparation

Saute onion in 2 tbsp butter to brown. Remove from pan and add remaining butter. Brown mushrooms and sausage. Stir in onions. Remove from heat and add rice and seasonings
