1 1/2 cupsRolled oats
1/4 cupCanola oil
1/4 cupBrown sugar
2 teaspoonsCinnamon
1/2 cupSunflower Seeds
1/2 cupShredded Coconut; unsweetened
1/4 cupWheat germ
1/4 cupSesame seeds
1/4 cupAlmonds; chopped
1/4 cupWalnuts; chopped
1/2 cupCraisins

Easy Granola Preparation

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine the oats, oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread evenly in a shallow pan and bake until lightly toasted, about 20 minutes; stir occasionally. Add the sunflower seeds, coconut, wheat germ, sesame seeds, almonds, and walnuts and mix together well. Spread the mixture evenly and bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Add the craisins and cool completely.
