Chow Mein Salad Preparation
Mix sugar, vinegar, onions, salt and mustard until dissolved. Add olive oil and whisk constantly. Store in fridge and bring to room tempature before serving.
Mix greens, scallions, pepper, carrots, and blue cheese in bowl. Toss to combine. Add noodles and toss to combine again.
