These Pies can be frozen.....
Grease 2 Pie Dishes and divide pie apples between the two.
Cream butter and sugar well.
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each one.
Add vanilla essence and beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients and lastly milk.
Pour over pie apples.
Bake in 180 ?C oven for ? and hour.
After 15 MINUTES make the following
Topping (Caramel)
? pint cream
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 Cup Sugar
Boil the ingredients together in a pot for 15 mins. stirring all the time.
Pour over the pies as soon as they are removed from the oven.
These pies can be frozen
