4 poundssweet potatoes
8 cupsWater
1/2 cupButter
1/2 cupTomato sauce
2 tablespoonsHalf and half
2 teaspoonsSalt
1/8 teaspoonPepper
dashThyme

Sweet Potato Soup Preparation

Bake potatoes at 350 for 45 min until soft. Peel skin and mash but doesnt have to be smooth

Add all the ingredients to the potatoes in pan. Bring to boil and simmer for 1-3 hours. The longer the better.

This soup needs to be adjusted with above ingredients during cooking depending on personal tastes
