leerittiner ,How many oz is the can of pineapple chunks you use? Which vinegar do you use?7y
hagangirl ,Just tasted out of pan, so good made jasmine rice to go with it .I added brown sugar and less soy added some red pepper flakes .next time adding more veggies and making extra sauce for a side8y
darwishian ,Easy recipe, good taste, and plenty of room to add your own twist. Tasted great on a bed of Jasmin rice.9y
hafrommer ,A great weeknight dish. Followed the suggestions to use less soy and substitute brown sugar for vinegar. The right move. Also added red pepper flakes to sauce for heat and diced fresh string beans and peppers for texture.9y
rinacat ,I really liked it. I read the comments before I made it, so it was very good. To add a little twist to make it my own, I took the pineapple and juice and instead of putting it with the chicken, I used an emersion blender to make it into a creamy sauce. I then mixed it with the sauce. It was really good! Instead of vinger I used black cherry balsamic vineger and only two tsp of soy sauce.9y
amy_soleski_3 ,Will make again. Chicken very tender. Does not need vinegar, added tbs of brown sugar. Other reviews were right, sauce bland, added smoked paprika, onion powder, ginger powder and brags instead of soya sauce for depth of flavour. Also ate with franks red hot sauce9y
kimberlytrumper1 ,Less soysauce or add more pineapple juice. Used brown sugar instead of vinegar.10y
shanewright1986 ,Was nice but sauce was bitter so I added brown sugar and instead of vinegar I used Japanese rice wine! I also added the pinapple to the sauce instead of the chicken as it took the coating of the chicken the last time!10y
samantha_fleming1 ,Very easy and quick to fix! I followed the recipe, but doubled the sauce because I like a lot of extra sauce for my rice. My hubby and I loved it! Will definitely fix again.10y
denvervet ,I made this tonight. I used Garbanzo bean flour instead of regular flour. It came out great, I did have to salt the chicken before coating. I am going to pour this over rice. I did not add the cornstarch to the mixture, it was great without the added calories of the starch.10y
