R/T's Pomegranate Kielbasa
R/T's Pomegranate Kielbasa Preparation
1. Cut Kielbasa into 1/4" thick medallions. (I generally peel the skin off prior to slicing.
2. Put all liquid ingredients and spices into large skillet and reduce to thicken.
3. Put Kielbasa and thickened sauce in slow cooker for an hour. The longer the better.
