I love cole slaw and am always searching for the best recipe. I think I have found it with this spicy version.

Original recipe makes 8
5 cupsgreen cabbage; shredded
5 cupsred cabbage; shredded
2 cupscarrots; shredded
1/4 cupgreen onions; finely sliced
2 teaspoonsLemon juice
1/2 cupCider vinegar
1/4 cupsugar
1 1/2 teaspoonsSalt
1 teaspoonBlack Pepper; freshly ground
1 cupMayonnaise
1/4 cupSour cream
1 tablespoonCreole mustard or other coarse-grained mustard
3 tbsHorseradish

Horseradish Cole Slaw Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, and mustard and stir

In a small mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, add to the mayonnaise mixture ; mix into cabbage and toss to thoroughly combine.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight

Pour off vinger soak
