|1 largeOnion; chopped|
|2 StalksCelery; minced finely|
|1/4 cupGreen onion; finely sliced|
|2 Clovesgarlic; minced finely|
|2 cansCream of potato soup|
|1 canCream style white or yellow corn|
|1 poundCrawfish tails w/ fat|
|Salt to taste|
|Tony Cashere's Seasoning Mix; to taste|
|1 tablespoonFresh Parsley; chopped finely|
Crawfish Soup Preparation
Melt the stick of butter in medium sized pot over medium to medium-high heat
Saute onions in butter, then add celery, green onion, and garlic and simmer for an additional 5 min. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot with french bread or garlic bread.
