| 1 largeOnion; chopped |
| 2 StalksCelery; minced finely |
| 1/4 cupGreen onion; finely sliced |
| 2 Clovesgarlic; minced finely |
| 2 cansCream of potato soup |
| 1 canCream style white or yellow corn |
| 1 poundCrawfish tails w/ fat |
| 1 quartHalf&half |
| Salt to taste |
| Tony Cashere's Seasoning Mix; to taste |
| 1 tablespoonFresh Parsley; chopped finely |
Crawfish Soup Preparation
Melt the stick of butter in medium sized pot over medium to medium-high heat
Saute onions in butter, then add celery, green onion, and garlic and simmer for an additional 5 min. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot with french bread or garlic bread.
