| 1/4 cuponion; chopped |
| 3 tablespoonsTabasco sauce |
| 2 tablespoonshoney |

| 6 ouncesblue cheese; cut into 6 pieces |
| 6 hamburger buns; toasted |
| 1 Roasted red peppers; (from jar) |
| 6 portabella mushrooms; grilled |
Kick'n Blue Cheese Hamburgers Preparation
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Divide into burger portions; form into patties around pieces of blue cheese. Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until done. Place burger on bun and top with roasted red pepper and portabella mushrooms.
