This is an excellent, quick & easy dish that everyone I've served it too absolutely loves.
Cube the chicken fillets (small - medium size). Heat oil in fry pan until quite hot. Fry the cubed chicken pieces until golden brown all over ( you may have to do this in a couple of lots).
Once all chicken has been browned over a medium heat add in the garlic & the tubs of cooking cream (you can either add 1 1/2 or the whole 2 depending on how saucy you like)and the white wine (if you've decided to use it) Heat for 5 minutes. Then add the sun dried tomatoes - heat for another couple of minutes. Put in tasty cheeese & Stir well. Add in your Paprika , salt n peppa, stir well & taste. If you like it a little more salty definitely add in the Vegeta as well. Lastly add the Baby Spinach leaves and stir until leaves have withered down.
Add however many Penne Noddles you like - some people love it very saucy, others not so saucy. Make sure everything is heated through well, & service
