Ingredients
| 2 wholeChicken |
| 3 lbPork Roast - Boston Butt |
| 3 14.5-oz cansTomatoes; diced |
| 2 16-oz canCorn; Frozen |
| 2 16-oz canLima beans; frozen |
| 2 mediumOnion |
| 32 ounceChicken broth |
| 24 ounceKetchup |
| 1/2 cupWhite vinegar |
| 1/2 cupWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1/4 cupBrown sugar; packed |
| 1 tablespoonsSalt |
| 1 tablespoonPepper |
| 2 tablespoonsHot pepper sauce |
Brunswick Stew Preparation
Cook chicken and pork until done. Debone chicken. Chop chicken and pork. Stir together all ingredients in a 6 quart Dutch oven. Cover and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, 2? - 3 hours.
Notes
To follow this whole recipie (not in half), the black pot doesn't work, you need a bigger pot.
