Bruschetta Chicken and rice

Ingredients
| 1 Boneless skinless chicken breasts |
| 2 tspolive oil |
| 1 Bruschetta; (found in spaghetti sauce isle) |
| 3/4 cupwater |
| 1 tbspflour |
| paprika; (to taste) |
| black pepper; (to taste) |
| italian seasoning; (to taste) |
| cooked white rice |
Bruschetta Chicken and rice Preparation
Rinse chicken breasts in water and pat dry.
Turn on burner to 'medium'.
Heat oil in deep skillet.
Place chicken in skillet, turning over until there is no visible 'pink'.
Add all seasoning.
Add water.
Slowly stir in flour.
Add jar of bruschetta.
Stir, bring to boil, then place on med low. Cover.
After about 20 minutes, it should be done, but if not, stir and cover for an additional 10 minutes. Chicken should be easy to cut and almost falling apart.
Serve over cooked white rice. I also like to serve steamed broccoli as a side.
