Blaqmag1c , 1 years agoI put my chicken a brine for 25 mins while the breadcrumbs where browning. Added chili and garlic powder to the mix. Voìla!
jimcathers , 2 years agoi'm sorry but this recipe is amazing. I modified it by tenderizing the chicken breast with a meat tenderizing hammer before slicing it into "fingers". I think the other key is to properly toast the panko and to find the right salt/pepper balance (just look how the user images vary). This is the best revipe when done right. Thanks so much!
