These are great with your favorite dipping sauce or in a yummy chicken parmesan sandwich. Be creative and have fun with cooking. Another benefit of these chicken fingers is that I know they are made from fresh wholesome ingredients.

agree with seasonings. I used seasoning salt then a variety of dips with my children.

My daughter and I made this tonight and the whole family enjoyed it. Quick and easy to make. Even Tobey the cat wants some.

This tasted great. Quick and easy to make. I added season salt, paprika and garlic salt. I used ground mustard seasoning instead of Dijon mustard.

I forgot to mention that I doubt a serving has over 900 calories, as shown.

I made these for me and my boyfriend and we loved them! They are so crispy and the chicken stays juicy and tender! I added seasoning salt to them which added more flavor! Will definitely make these again!

Much healthier than deep-fried, I made these baked chicken fingers for our monthly church dinner. I did increase the size of the recipe to make about 48 servings and boosted the seasoning for our taste by replacing the salt with seasoned salt and adding some cayenne. The chicken came out moist and flavorful and was a big hit with our church family.

These were yummy. I've cooked with Panko before but I never thought about browning it before putting it on the chicken. It looks much more appetizing when it's browned! I also loved the crispiness. I did season the chicken first and my 2 yr. Old and husband both loved them!

So stinkin delicious. I used lemon pepper bread crumbs and added a bit of lemon pepper to the flour mix. Delicious

I decided to fry this in olive oil. Came out great! I also used the "Great American Steakhouse Sweet
And Sour Dipping Sauce" found on this website. I also agree on the seasonings comments. Next time, I am going to season the chicken too. That said, in combination with the dipping sauce, it was a huge hit with everyone!

Bland I would add some cayenne and seasoning salt next time

We tried these last night and found they were pretty good. I ran out of the coating before I got them all done so did the last few with straight bread crumbs. There wasn't a lot of difference in taste but the coating as per the recipe did look a lot nicer.

It was my first time to try baked chicken fingers. This dish is healthy. I found the chicken bland. Hence, I would increase the quantity of the seasonings. Otherwise, dipping sauce is needed.

This baked version was a quick, super-easy and healthy alternative to our families usual fried chicken fingers. The coating was light and baked up crisp while the chicken remained juicy on the inside. The kids really loved them and although I thought they were somewhat bland on their own, they were quite tasty when served with our favorite dipping sauces. For my taste, I would spice up the seasoning just a bit...but, as I said, the kids really (and I mean really) loved them. Just don't overcook the fingers or chicken will dry out.
