Best Yorkshire Puddings

This is a perfect recipe for yorkshire puddings the essential companion to a roast beef dinner.

"Great recipe with almost perfect ratios for our oven at least. Resultant Yorkshire rose so much it almost touched the top oven, and was light and fluffy inside.

We've also used the same batter for Toad in the Hole with equal success."

Fabulous recipe - used it for Christmas. Puddings rose brilliantly. Crispy and light. Didn't need to turn tray.

It is really important that the batter is cold and the oil very hot. [I posted this recipe.]
