Ingredients

84 oz Crushed Tomatoes
12 oz Tomato Paste
28 oz Tomato Puree
1 Water
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbls Basil
1 tbls Oregano
1 tbls Bay Leaf Flakes
3 tbls Minced Garlic
3 tbls Parmesan cheese

Original recipe makes 32

Servings  

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Simmer, stirring occasionally for 4 hours. Add water as needed for desired consistency.

The ingredients (spices especially) are geared toward a medium-thick consistency (not too thick, not too thin). So, too much water may dilute seasoning somewhat. [I posted this recipe.]
