Original recipe makes 4
1 canchickpeas; drained and rinsed
1 cloveGarlic; chopped
3/4 tspsalt
1 pinchcayenne pepper
3 tbsplemon juice
1/4 cuptahini
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
1/4 cupWater

Hummus Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Serve with veggies and pita bread.
