How to ensure hard boiled eggs peel perfectly every time

"Worked beautifully on 1 dozen eggs, 8 out of 12 came right out of the shell. The rest, I just had to open the thin inner membrane and they slipped right out. No green ring either, beautiful yellow yolks! I used eggs that were about 5 days from expiration so they were aged. I can't wait to give it a whirl on newer eggs and not have to sit some aside to age for hard boiled eggs every few weeks. Eggs and fresh baked bread have always been my Achilles heel, I've tried a TON of recipes each. Check off eggs!"

Perfect Peeled Hardboiled Eggs Preparation

Before cooking, allow cold eggs to reach room temperature.

Boil water and put eggs carefully in with a spoon.

Boil for 15 minutes.

Drain the water then with the lid on.

Shake the pan up and down to break the shells.

Cover eggs with cold water immediately afterwards; the peels will fall off the eggs.

Worked perfectly! Didn't even have to peel a couple of the eggs!

Super easy! The only change I made was to bring the eggs to a boil, turn off burner, then let eggs sit in covered pot 20 minutes, then I followed your directions! Two shakes up and down in the pot was perfect!

Nice tecnique! Dont bang the eggs around too hard in the pot or you'll get shell shards in the eggs.
