Perfect Peeled Hardboiled Eggs
How to ensure hard boiled eggs peel perfectly every time
"Worked beautifully on 1 dozen eggs, 8 out of 12 came right out of the shell. The rest, I just had to open the thin inner membrane and they slipped right out. No green ring either, beautiful yellow yolks! I used eggs that were about 5 days from expiration so they were aged. I can't wait to give it a whirl on newer eggs and not have to sit some aside to age for hard boiled eggs every few weeks. Eggs and fresh baked bread have always been my Achilles heel, I've tried a TON of recipes each. Check off eggs!"- cricket85
