Stuffed Mushrooms Preparation
Wash and drain mushrooms. Remove stems and dice enough stem up to make 1 cup of content. In a medium saucepan, cook diced stems, onion, and garlic in margarine or butter until they are tender. Stir in bread crumbs and cheese.
Spoon mixture into each mushroom cap and arrange onto a 15x10x1-inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until they are heated through enough.
