| 4 ounceMilk chocolate chocolate chips |
| 6 ounceUnsweetened chocolate squares |
| 6 largeEggs |
| 2 tablespoonVanilla |
| 2 1/4 cupsSugar |
| 1 cupAll purpose flour; sifted |
| 1 tablespoonBaking Powder |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 3 cupsMilk chocolate chocolate chips |
| 3 cupsPecans; chopped |
Brownies (called "outrageous Brownies) Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12x18 inch jelly roll pan. Set aside.
Melt together the butter, 12 oz of semisweet chocolate chips, 4 oz milk chocolate chips, and unsweetened chocolate squares until smooth. Set aside to cool.
Combine, BUT DO NOT WHISK, the eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Stir in the cooled chocolate mixture. Set aside.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix into the batter. Finally, fold in the remaining 3 cups chocolate chips and pecans. Pour into the greased pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean. Do not overbake. Cool thoroughly and cut into squares.
