Original recipe makes 6
4 largerusset potatoes; (or potato of choice)
1 frying pan
1 cuplight oil; (canola, sunflower etc.)

Shoestring French Fries Preparation

Scrub potatoes with a potato brush under cold water

cut off any bad spots or eyes

If you own an Ulu Alaskan knife use it to thin slice your potatos.

If not use a regular sharp knife to thin slice.

Get your oil hot and fry in batches.

Season with salt and your favorite spices
