Original recipe makes 4
Prime Rib:
1 cupFlour
1 teaspoonsalt
pepper; to taste
9 1/2 lbPrime Rib
Yorkshire Pudding:
6 tablespoonsroast drippings
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupWater
2 Eggs
1/4 cupFlour
3/4 teaspoonsSalt

Prime Rib and Yorkshire Pudding Preparation

Prime Rib Directions:

Combine flour. salt and pepper and coat roast and place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Place roast on a carving board and reserve drippings for pudding. Cover roast and let sit for 10 minutes.

Yorkshire Pudding Directions:

Place drippings in an 11x7 baking dish. Place in 425 degree oven for 5 minutes. Wisk in remaining ingredients until smooth. Bake for 20 minutes until puffed and brown. Serve with Prime Rib.
