8 cupsbroccoli; chopped
1 cuponion; chopped
2 tblsButter
12 Eggs
2 cupswhipping cream
2 cupsCheddar cheese; shredded
2 teaspoonssalt
1 teaspoonpepper

Broccoli Cheese Casserole Preparation

In a skillet over medium heat saute broccoli and onion in butter for 5 minutes and set aside. In a large bpwl beat eggs and add whipping cream and 1 34 cups cheese. Stir into the broccoli mixture. Pour into greased baking dish ans sit into a larger baking dish with 1 inch of water in the bottom. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and serve after 5 minutes.

I'm not a big fan of eggs so I was sceptical about trying this recipe but I cut the ingredients in half and was pleasantly surprised in the outcome. It was more like a quiche,but very good...even reheated the next day. My husband and I loved it.
