1 teaspoonsonion juice
1 teaspoonsworchestershire sauce
1/2 cupparsley; chopped
1/8 ozcream cheese
1/2 lbsharp cheddar cheese; shredded
4 ozwedge blue cheese
3/4 cupchopped pecans; divided

Holiday Cheese Ball Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl and stir in 1/2 cup pecans and shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans and granish with pecans and parsley.Let stand 1 hour at room temperature before serving.
