Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1 cFrozen green peas; thawed
2/3 cVodka
1 lbSpinach fettucini; cooked
4 tbButter
1/4 lbProsciutto (or ham); diced
Parmesan cheese; to taste
Locatelli cheese, grated;
1 cHeavy cream
16 ozTomato; drained
8 ozTomato sauce
1 mdOnion; chopped

Vodka Fettucine Preparation

Cook pasta. Meanwhile, over med. heat, cook onion in hot butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Blend in cream--heat just to boiling. Add remeaining ingredients and heat through. Toss with the hot, drained pasta. Serve with the cheese sprinkled over. NOTES : Copied by Tom Shunick
