Jumbo Pasta Shells with Cheese Filling

Original recipe makes 6
| 1 packageJumbo Pasta Shells; 12 ounces |
| 4 cupsRicotta Cheese; 32 ounces |
| 8 ouncesMozzarella; diced or shredded |
| 1/2 cupParmesan cheese; grated |
| 2 Eggs |
| 1 tablespoonParsley; chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonPepper |
| 1/8 teaspoonNutmeg |
| 32 ouncesSpaghetti Sauce |
Jumbo Pasta Shells with Cheese Filling Preparation
Mix together cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fill cooked shells with cheese mixture. Cover bottom of roasting pan with some of the sauce. Arrange filled shells in single layer in the pan. Pour remaining sauce over shells and bake at 350? for 30 minutes or until hot.
Notes
Use this in combination with "Bev's Spaghetti Sauce" and you will not regret it.
