A nice tasting easy to make Alfredo.
"Very good recipe. First time making from scratch. Had to double for a family of 4. Went a little to heavy on the parm, but this definitely in the rotation. Cut up and sauted tri colored bell peppers and onions and added to sauce after it was done with turkey meat balls and bow tie pasta. Thanks for an easy and great recipe." - DeejayhawkYield: 6 Servings Ready in 20 minutes

Alfredo Sauce Preparation
Mix milk, cream cheese, flour, and salt in a blender until smooth and set aside. In a non-stick sauce pan, melt butter on med-high heat and add garlic. Let the garlic saute for about 30 seconds. Then add milk mixture to the pan. Stir constantly for about 3 or 4 minutes or until it just comes to a simmer. Keep stirring and let it cook for a few minutes. When it's nice and thick remove the pan from the heat. Add the cheese, stir it up and then cover immediately. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
