A nice tasting easy to make Alfredo.
"Very good recipe. First time making from scratch. Had to double for a family of 4. Went a little to heavy on the parm, but this definitely in the rotation. Cut up and sauted tri colored bell peppers and onions and added to sauce after it was done with turkey meat balls and bow tie pasta.

Mix milk, cream cheese, flour, and salt in a blender until smooth and set aside. In a non-stick sauce pan, melt butter on med-high heat and add garlic. Let the garlic saute for about 30 seconds. Then add milk mixture to the pan. Stir constantly for about 3 or 4 minutes or until it just comes to a simmer. Keep stirring and let it cook for a few minutes. When it's nice and thick remove the pan from the heat. Add the cheese, stir it up and then cover immediately. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.

chmeeks 1 year agoVery easy, quick and cheap! I had a little bit of all the ingredients, I just resized it and made for two people. I really like garlic so I used 3 cloves and added an little onion.

tinsel 2 years agoThis was very good and quick. I made penne pasta with asparagus and put this sauce over it and served blackened chicken on the side. It was delicious all mixed together.
waynewashington 2 years agoKids love Alfredo and this one was good ... It was a little heavy on the garlic for the kids but they still enjoyed it .. I will be definitely adding this to the rotation of meals...thx

Icedice34 2 years agoMy wife and I Both love Chicken Alfredo. We have tried about 5 different recipes and never found a good one for at home, until tonight. This is awesome! We added a bit of pepper and parsley on top as we served it. It was awesome! Thanks for the great recipe!
