I admit that I added more cheese, maybe /2 C cheddar and 1/2 C pepper jack and some green onions I needed to use up. I used the hash browns with peppers and onions, too. Yummy Breakfast Pizza Preparation
Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned; drain off fat.
Seperate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
Place them on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, with points facing towards center. Press onto bottom and up the sides of the pan to form crust; seal perforations.
Spoon cooked sausage over the crust. Sprinkle the thawed seasoned hash browns over the sausage and top with shredded colby-jack cheese.
In a bowl, beat together the milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour into crust.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
