1/2 cupOnion; minced
1 cloveGarlic; minced
1/4 cupButter
1 poundground beef
2 tablespoonsFlour
2 teaspoonsSalt
1/4 teaspoonpepper
1 poundmushrooms; fresh
8 ouncesOR mushrooms; canned; sliced
10 1/2 cancream of mushroom soup; undiluted
1 cupsour cream
2 tablespoonsparsley; minced

HAMBURGER STROGANOFF Preparation

***Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with noodles***
