Spicy Cheeseburger Soup
This is the best soup for those cold winter days! Ah, it's good anytime, too!!
PREP TIME: 20 minutes COOKING TIME: 22 minutes READY IN: 42 minutes"I was more unprepared to make this than I thought, so I had to make some alterations. Didn't have any jalapeño or bell pepper so I added celery, mushrooms and some left over peas just 'cause my husband and I like them and 1 & 1/2 tsps of red pepper flakes. Whew! Didn't need the paprika after that. Also substituted 2 tbsps of gluten free flour. Loved it! Tasted a lot like Marie Calenders potato & cheese soup. Thanks!!" - Mrsswill
