| 1 1/2 cupsGraham cracker; crumbs |
| 1/2 cupUnsalted butter; melted |
| 8 ouncesCream cheese; softened |
| 1/2 cupGranulated sugar |
| 1 teaspoonVanilla extract |
| 2 teaspoonsLemon juice |
| 8 ouncesNon-dairy whipped topping |
| 2 cupsBlueberries |
Blueberry Squares Preparation
1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9 inch square baking dish to form a crust.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and lemon juice. Gently fold in the whipped topping then fold in the blueberries. Spoon mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
